Packaging Concepts' Factory

Our Factory is located in Jakarta, Indonesia and has been in business for over 30 years. It was originally located in Korea but relocated to Indonesia in 1993. The relocation was due to customer demand for larger capacity, improved cost and better raw material sourcing.

Our Factory is focused on and has a high priority to provide an excellent quality product for a great value with on time delivery.

The Factory works 6 days a week and runs two shifts each day. The Factory employs over 1,000 workers each shift during their Peak Season and 750 workers each shift during their off-season.

The Factory focuses on a high quality product and believes this takes place from the making of plates through to the final stage of packing. Each product is held to the highest quality control standards. They have implemented a “No Moving Parts” in their packaging system to minimize risk of products scratching in shipping. The final stage of packing each product has a team of specialists overseeing the final stage of Quality Control.
